Myth: You can succeed at going raw just by reading books and websites. Fact: In my experience only 2 out of 100 people will succeed at staying raw if they don't get expert support. There are too many forces working against you, including your own addictions, family, friends and the media. A book can't answer your questions in a crisis and believe me new raw foodists have hundreds of questions and fears. Almost everyone at first, needs an experienced raw food nutritional coach to succeed. I struggled for five years until I got my raw food mentor.
Myth: All raw food diets are similar. Fact: There are major differences in approach and results in what people call a raw food diet. What I teach is the Optimal Raw Food Diet which is closest to nature and also happens to be the quickest, most delicious and easiest way to stay raw.

Myth: You need to take supplements or eat superfoods because the raw food diet is lacking in minerals. Fact: Most supplements and superfoods produce health damaging side effects. Just eat a variety and large quantity of raw organic vegetables and your mineral needs will be met. Fruits are actually high in minerals, although not as much as dark leafy vegetables.
Myth: Fermented foods like rejuvelac, apple cider vinegar and sauerkraut are super health foods. Fact: They are rotting foods that are actually health damaging because they contain poisonous toxins like acetic acid, alcohol and gas.
